Feb. 28 Update: This is not a test! The cheatsheets have officially been released today! As always, please consider donating to support the site!
A guy named Luke who has spent decades making crazy spreadsheets for fantasy baseballers around the world, and keeps them free for everyone.
As a kid, I got invited to play in my older brother's fantasy sports leagues and I fought hard to prove myself. These were Points leagues and that's how I learned the basics. Then, as a young adult, I got invited to a Rotisserie league for the first time and had no clue how to value players. It all felt more ambiguous than Points leagues, so I started creating a spreadsheet to come up with ways to value players for myself.
That personal Excel spreadsheet helped me survive that first roto league and it grew into something others may have wanted to use as well. So, in 2009, I launched a basic free blog on Blogger and shared my work with a non-existent fantasy baseball community. This created a rabbit hole that I fell down and changed the course of my life. I started publishing content and took it seriously. I started researching everything about baseball, sabermetrics, and fantasy baseball economics. Many things grew out of that: a unique data-driven process of finding sleepers, ways to smartly aggregate projections, and in-depth data analysis that shaped me as a fantasy baseball content producer.
I started doing this for an audience of zero but, over time, my audience grew and shaped the mission of this site. The community that formed had feedback and ideas each year that stretched my Excel capabilities and forced me to learn ways to create spreadsheets that worked for everyone's unique leagues. That feedback loop is a big part of what made this site what it is today. This crazy journey resulted in a growing love of Excel, baseball research and helping people that all came together in such a wonderful way, and I've never looked back.
In early 2025, I relaunched the site from scratch by building it myself with a fully modern web platform to try to make the site better. It's been a process that I am continuing to build upon each year each fantasy baseball season. Despite this continued expansion, the core mission hasn't changed: accurate, useful, data-driven fantasy baseball resources that are free for all. My work has reached a wide enough audience that donations have helped keep this site free for everyone while not being a money pit for myself, and I'll never not be grateful for that.

Rather than relying on a single projection source, the Special Blend combines the best publicly available systems — Steamer, ZiPS, FanGraphs Depth Charts, and others, as well as xStats and more. But it goes beyond a simple aggregation of sources, as it weights each statistic's aggregation differently based on years of testing which sources are more predictive for each. The result consistently ranks among the most accurate indie projection systems available, though it couldn't have been done without the contribution of those other sources.
The Excel cheatsheets I build are unique because they can be fully adapted to your league, whatever scoring categories, team counts, roster sizes, auction budgets, or anything else your league has. You input your settings and the sheet recalculates everything automatically so that you get unique values for your league and live updates on value throughout your draft as you input picks into the sheet.
Every year, I look for the sleepiest sleepers around (aka narcoleptic sleepers, or narcos). The result is a few carefully curated lists of undervalued players primed for breakout seasons based on data trends and benchmarks that I uncover.
A custom metric for roto leagues that normalizes player stats (for any roto league type) into a number that better represents the player's overall value for roto leagues. It is essentially a combined z-score of each roto category. There's also a position-adjusted WERTH value which takes into account the replacement level for each position in your specific league.
